These terms and conditions ("Agreement") govern your participation as an Affiliate Marketer ("Affiliate") in our Affiliate Marketing Program ("Program") for SeaTox ("Brand"). By participating in the Program, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions:

1. Affiliate Relationship:

a. By joining the Program, you will become an independent contractor and not an employee, partner, or agent of the Brand.

b. This Agreement does not create any joint venture, partnership, or agency relationship between you and the Brand.

2. Eligibility and Acceptance:

a. To be eligible for the Program, you must have a website, blog, or social media presence that aligns with the Brand's values and target audience.

b. The Brand reserves the right to accept or reject any application for participation in the Program without providing a reason.

3. Promotion and Marketing:

a. As an Affiliate, you will promote the Brand's products/services through your marketing channels using the unique affiliate links, codes, or other tracking methods provided by the Brand.

b. You are responsible for ensuring that your promotional activities comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and industry standards.

4. Commission and Payment:

a. The Brand will pay you a commission for each qualifying sale or action generated through your affiliate links or codes, according to the commission structure communicated to you separately.

b. Commissions are subject to verification and approval by the Brand.

c. Payments will be made according to the payment schedule set by the Brand, using the payment method selected by you during the registration process.

5. Intellectual Property:

a. You acknowledge that all intellectual property rights, including copyrights and trademarks, related to the Brand's products, services, and promotional materials, belong solely to the Brand.

b. You may use the Brand's approved marketing materials, logos, and content solely for the purpose of promoting the Brand as an Affiliate.

6. Compliance with Laws and
Regulations:

a. You will comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and industry standards in promoting the Brand's products/services.

b. You will not engage in any activities that are illegal, unethical, or harmful to the Brand's reputation.

7. Termination:

a. The Brand reserves the right to terminate your participation in the Program at any time, for any reason, without prior notice.

b. You may terminate your participation in the Program by providing written notice to the Brand.

8. Confidentiality:

a. You agree to keep any confidential information received from the Brand during the course of the Program confidential and not disclose it to any third party without prior written consent from the Brand.

9. Modification of Terms:

a. The Brand reserves the right to modify or update these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be communicated to you via email or other appropriate means.

10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction:

a. This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of The United States of America. Any disputes arising from or related to this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in The United States of America.

By participating in the Affiliate Marketing Program, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to abide by these terms and conditions. This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between you and the Brand regarding your participation in the Program.

If you do not agree to any of the terms and conditions outlined in this Agreement, please do not participate in the Affiliate Marketing Program
